How Do I Get Started?
I know starting therapy can be a little scary, but my goal is to make the process as seamless as possible. If you are new to Mindful Couples and Family Therapy. Here are the steps:
1. Sign up for a free consultation
2. Fill out a New Client Form
3. If its a fit, we will pick a time on the schedule for your first Intake appointment.
4. Prior to your intake, you will receive an email with a link to intake paperwork that I ask you fill out prior to our first session.
Are You Taking New Clients?
Yes, I have space on my schedule for new couples and individuals.
Attendance and Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations (same-day cancellations) and no-shows will be charged the full session fee, as this time has been reserved specifically for you. If you have three late cancellations (same-day cancellations) or no-shows, I may choose to refer you to another therapy office that can better accommodate your scheduling needs. In such cases, your case with Mindful Couples and Family Therapy may be closed. Please note that arriving more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled appointment will be considered a late cancellation, and the session will be canceled. The full session fee will apply unless prior arrangements have been made with your therapist.
What is the cost?
The cost for a 50 minute session is $150 for an individual and $200 for a couple or family. For couples, the first session (the intake) is $250*.
90 minute sessions are available if the schedule allows. Those sessions cost $200 for individuals and $275 for couples.
I offer a limited number of reduced fee spaces on my schedule which can be discussed at the free consultation.

What style of therapy do you practice?
I use a combination of Emotionally Focused Therapy and Gottman methods, along with a mindfulness-based approach to help my clients achieve their goals. I have a calm grounding presence that creates a sense of ease and safety in the therapy room.
Do you Offer Telehealth Services?
Yes, I offer tele-health through a HIPPA compliant portal. I offer couples and individuals therapy through tele-health and in person. I request that families are only seen in person.
Do you take insurance?
I’m a private-pay practice and don’t accept insurance directly, but I can provide an itemized receipt for possible reimbursement through your insurance. I also offer a limited number of reduced-fee spots to help make therapy more accessible for those who need it!
How long are the sessions?
A typical session is about 50 minutes, but I do offer 90 minute sessions as well for an additional fee.
