Therapy Services for Couples, Families and Individuals
Couples & Family Therapy Sessions
In couples and family therapy, our focus will be on deepening emotional connections and improving communication in a present and mindful way. As a Gottman Level 2 trained therapist, I work with couples and families to explore and understand their emotional patterns and how they impact their relationships. Together, we identify recurring cycles and uncover deeper emotions that often drive conflict or distance.
Individual Therapy Sessions
In our Individual therapy sessions, I provide a supportive space for those navigating challenges such as depression, anxiety, stress, burnout, and life transitions. Using EFT and mindfulness, I work with clients to explore their emotional experiences and identify patterns that may be contributing to feelings of overwhelm or disconnection. We then work to set goals and uncover tools to help create lasting solutions.
