About Me

I hold a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pacific Lutheran University and have had the privilege of working with individuals, couples, and families at both the Couples and Family Therapy Center at Pacific Lutheran University and Integrated Therapy Services Northwest. My passion is supporting people on their journey toward healthier relationships and greater well-being. In my practice, I embrace a gentle, compassionate approach, using mindfulness and emotion-focused therapy to help my clients understand and navigate their emotions and strengthen their relationships. I believe that healing happens when we feel truly seen and supported, and my goal is to create a safe and compassionate space for every client. As a certified yoga and meditation teacher, I incorporate holistic practices into my work, encouraging both mind and body awareness. In addition to my therapeutic work, I am a small business owner and have experience in business and talent development with a Fortune 50 company, which provides me with unique insight into the challenges people face navigating their professional lives in the midst of personal challenges.

I work primarily with individuals navigating life transitions and couples struggling with connection and communication. With a background in business leadership, I also enjoy addressing workplace-related therapy needs. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy and a mindfulness-based approach, grounded in a systemic and holistic perspective.  My approach is empathetic, non-judgmental, and collaborative, guiding clients toward meaningful solutions. I have a calm grounding presence that creates a sense of ease and safety in the therapy room. Whether you’re seeking support as an individual or as a couple, I’m here to help you on your path to a more fulfilling life and deeper connections.
